Hi everyone, I’m a new mom here. My LO is a month now. I’m giving breastmilk top up with FM because my milk supply is very low since day 1. I give my baby both direct breastfeed and using bottle because I do pump every 2-3 hours. But still, every time I pump, I only get 10-20ml. Sometimes I get 50-60ml but then next pumping I got lower. I’m only 20 by the way and having post partum alone because my husband is working plus our family is far from us. Sometimes I do feel sad because I really want to give fully breastfeed but having low milk supply makes me can’t do that. Hope can get tips from mommies here. Thanks. 💖
