Headache Cures?

Question

I've been finding the past like...week I've been having awful headaches.  Almost 15 weeks in.
I obviously don't want to drown myself in Tylenol so I've only been taking 1000mg a day (I've read I can take up to 4000 but I don't want to push it) but it's really not been helping much at all anyways.
Anyone got some headache cures or tips?

Maybe try peppermint oil rubbed on your temples

Self massages on your scalp, head, face (jaw/temples/forehead) and neck! 
This helped me so much. My chiropractor recommended it for pain relief. An alignment helped also. 
Tension headaches are the worst. I even cut 6 inches off my hair to make it lighter for my scalp. That was an instant relief!

I have severe migraines and not having my prescriptions have had me hugging the toilet. I use Tylenol twice a day, an old fashion cold pack you can refill with ice and water, it stays colder WAY longer, and a nice dark pair of sunglasses. Laying in the dark with the ice pack on your head until you fall asleep can cure it pretty well. Good luck girly.
