3 way relationship

So you guys I recently just entered into a 3 way relationship... has anyone tried this? If so what are good pointers to try and make it work me and the man I have been with for almost 4 years are thinking this will really help us grow stronger as individuals and as a couple and build a stronger relationship with someone important to us. Does anyone have any good experiences?
