My dad has 3 kids. Myself and two brothers. My older brother lives with him and is 26 while I’m 23 and married doing my own thing. My younger half brother is 19 and lives in NYC for college. Anyways once a year we all manage to visit our dad at his place so he has us 3 together. This year he told us his gf is moving in with him in June and my husband is actually remodeling his house so we’re staying til he finishes. Well My younger brother asked my dad if his gf could stay with him for three days in his room so he could present her to all of us and to show her the city and my dad told him that was fine. Well his girlfriend, Samantha, was VERY upset with this. She said my dads house is not a brothel and very strongly opposes my brothers’ girlfriends staying over. My dad in turn has been telling her rules will be applied when she moves in, til then she has no say. Of course she’s been going crazy mad and we’ve all heard them arguing in my dads room when she visits him. I’m siding with my dad and brothers obviously, since she’s trying to make rules and she doesn’t even live here yet. I feel like later on there’s going to be bigger problems with her setting rules after my dad has lived freely for so long.. What would your opinion be?
