Getting pregnant

Hope someone can help me and my partner have been trying for a baby a year. We are young ( so no issue there) and we are active (so no issue there). I wondered if there can be other issues that can stop us having children ???

I am going for a test to see if I can have children next week. I also wondered if you know what they do in this test ???
