Working on figuring it out. Starting with dairy but also trying not to eat much soy as I know they go hand in hand. I was really bad with milk and soy right away as a newborn. So much blood in my stool. My baby now has mucus poops and a little blood in the stool. Hoping we can figure it out soon. I have been main sources of dairy free for 2 weeks but realized I was still eating hidden dairy so now I’m 4 days into that.

I think dairy and possibly beef. So apparently anything that comes from a cow. And maybe strawberries. It’s interesting because beef and strawberries both made me violently sick the entire time I was pregnant, so maybe there’s a connection between what I couldn’t eat when I was pregnant with her and what she can’t tolerate now. I’m also lactose intolerant but was craving chocolate milk, and if I gave in and had it while pregnant it messed my stomach up way worse than before I was pregnant.

Potential dairy protein (maybe soy too) 😔. We are now dairy free for 5 weeks and all her symptoms are gone except mucosy stool which can take 8 weeks to go away, once thats gone we'll either challenge or add dairy back in slowly to see her tolerance level 🤷‍♀️ It's a day by day process ( and slowly killing me nerves 😔)
