My first time taking BBT

Okay so this month was just messing with the BBT idea...I’ve skipped days so it’s not accurate...my temp normally runs about 97.5 usually .. my temp had been a little high for me...anyone? I know it’s off because I missed days but I do take vaginally too. Thanks!!!
