TTC with clomid and hcg injection

I have PCOS my doctor gave me clomid 100gm since day 2 of my cycle in day 14 I have took the hcg injection today is day 21 and day 7 since the injection and I feel really weak with a massive back pain... Has anyone try it those treatment and felt those symptoms
