My LO turned one month on Monday. That same day, I met with the IBCLC and went from exclusively pumping to nursing and pumping since we got a good latch at that appointment. Later that day, my period came back! It was not post partum bleeding because that had been done for over a week. For that day, I pumped about half of what I pumped the day before- from 24 oz to 12 oz. I figured this was because I was nursing her too, so I didn’t think much of it. During the week, I noticed my output going WAY down, like 20ml per pumping session. I also noticed that my baby has been nursing ineffectively and not sucking really at all. I hear the salt content goes up when you have your period, so maybe she doesn’t like it?

I usually get the most milk in the morning (before this week, 7-10 oz) and I just pumped for 20 min to see 0 ml from both breasts. Is my supply done?
