Strength Training 🏋️‍♂️

So I want to start going to the gym to tone up. In the past year I’ve lost 40 lbs and while I’m ecstatic about that, the loose skin is getting me down. I have another 30 lbs to go and need to start incorporating workouts. I’m a mother of 3 and also teach full time, so I have a very busy schedule. I don’t want to spend more than an hour at the gym and I’ve read I should focus on strength training and not cardio. I have a lot of back fat that I would like to lose, as well as tone up my arms, legs, and of course my booty. Any suggestions? Should I target just one area a day? What machines should I use? How long should I work on each area? Help!
