What have you ladies done to relieve your newborn's constipation? My little guy is 18 days old and has been on Enfamil Soy formula for about 3 days now after switching from breast milk/formula-supplemented breast milk. Doc previously thought the dairy in my diet was upsetting him, hence the soy formula.

His stools have been single "nuggets". Firm enough to roll around in the diaper as I'm changing him.

I gave him 1oz prune juice yesterday but just produced more nuggets.

I've emailed his doctor and I'm waiting on a response, but I'm wondering what you all have done to fix this sort of this with your newborn.

He is grunting and screaming and crying... Hoping for some fast relief for him.
