I kept my son’s name a secret from friends and family until my baby shower which isn’t until March. The only people i told is my mom and his dad. She flat out told me she didn’t like it. Didn’t really care cause he’s mine. Fast forward to last week. I got off work at 7am and asked her to make me a bacon grilled cheese cause I’m spoiled like that lol.

Anyways we get to talking and my friend made my son a blanket and i said “Oh Mako is goina look cute wrapped in this.” She looked at me confused asking who is that. I’m like YOUR GRANDSON. She says “Oh! I thought you named him Mobick. That’s what i told everyone.” And i just looked at her. 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️

She means the best but geez lady i don’t know how you got Mobick out of Mako.. Gotta love your parents.
