Should I try the Keto diet after this pregnancy?
Is Keto the best way to go for a diet change? After I drop weight I want to continue eating right but I’m not really up to date with all this stuff. I’m not good with coming up with something to eat everyday so having a meal plan would really help me out. I thought about doing the 1 month Keto diet and then repeatedly fix those meals, but I’m sure I’ll get sick of the taste. I’ve never done this before 😬 any advice?
