I can’t SEE the difference, but it’s there
I’ve been tracking body measurements and weight since 1/3/19. Here’s an update:

I can’t tell a difference by looking, but I definitely FEEL great. No fad diets like keto, no starving myself, just good old fashioned clean eating and exercise. My goal is to be cut and toned by 2020. Maybe even a six pack!
