And i have an appointment... If the doctor offers to strip my membranes should i have it done?

I had it done with my first pregnancy and labor started a day later but it was very painful and lasted almost 3 days. 😩 but due to insurance reasons it would be AMAZING to have this baby SOON. Im so nervous right now my stomach is in knots.

Or maybe i won't even be dilated enough to have it done... I wanted everything to be natural this time without ANY kind of induction.
