Silent BBT Thermometer?

Is there such thing? I want to start temping because I’m not sure if I’ve been O’ing ever since my loss in October, but my husband is a light sleeper & I don’t want to wake him up everyday with a beeping thermometer. Any suggestions?

This is the Bluetooth one I have. It’s not perfect but it works.

I had a Bluetooth thermometer that had a vibrate or beeping or both option through the phone app it’s connected to. I would hold the phone in one hand while I was taking my temp so the vibration would only alert me and not my husband. 
I got that thermometer on amazon for around $35.
