Anybody tried Vitex?

Been on it for a week and super moody and emotional. Is that a normal side effect?

I have been for the past 2 months. I have no had any side effects, however I did read on amazon reviews that it can cause depression. Maybe just try taking it once or twice a day instead of 3 times. Or talk to your doctor. Definitely not a side effect to mess with.

Yes I am talking it along with red clover, Maca, Fertility Blend. It has regulated my cycle from 37 days to 31 days. It is suppose to regulate your hormone level. Estrogen & progesterone as well. It's  been ok for me, I haven't noticed any side effects, but if there are, it should go away soon after it regulates your hormone level.

I've been on vitex for two months . 1000mg a day. I have not experienced any negative side effects.
