Bleeding

Hello ladies. I am 11w4d and just had bright red blood when I used the restroom. Because I am paranoid, I did check baby's heartbeat with the Doppler and thank god, it's still beating away. Friday and Saturday I had brownish blood when I wiped. Saturday morning I called the OB triage line and they said its nothing to worry about. Should I be calling back now that it turned from brownish to bright red?  Thank you. This is my 4th pregnancy and I have never bled during the other pregnancies. I am freaking out!
