Lazy nurser?

Question

Anyone else have a lazy nurser? She falls asleep at the nipple. I’m trying everything to get her to nurse to no avail. 
She has lost 14% of her weight and the Dr isn’t happy. We see an IBCLC today then have a weight check at the Dr. 
I nursed my son two years without such issues so I am at a loss. 
I am trying to pump but not responding. We are supplementing with formula after nursing. I HATE this cycle.

Get her naked down to the diaper. It makes her cold and she will wake back up. I had to do this for a few weeks with my first because she would also fall asleep on the boob. Try to avoid formula if you’re able to, as baby will stop sucking as strong and as much if you’re supplementing. Have you done a weighted feed?

This'll probably sound silly but when I pump I listen to a recording of my baby fussing and either look at her or pictures of her, it's really helped me to get a let down while pumping.

Latch her first thing, then feed her til shes tired and falls off. Give her a bottle, and bump WHILE shes eating her bottle. My hospital had me do this and it helped me get more.

Has she been checked for ties? Falling asleep quickly at the breast is often a sign of a tie because they wear themselves out quickly trying to nurse ineffectively.

My son has a slight tie and if needed will fix it so he can nurse effectively.   He falls asleep fast too but I agree that stripping to the diaper works best
