Help could this be implantation or period starting again

So I had a baby almost a year ago and my bleeding was off now it’s been normal and I just got off about a week and a half ago and now this morning I’ve been cramping and only when I wipe a little light blood comes out. Could this be implantation or start of my period I never bleed light again this never has happen
