Hi ladies, first time mom here. 👋🏻

I have been breastfeeding my baby and pumping so that my husband can help with night time feeds or when I am unavailable.

That being said, how in the world do I pump when I’m home with my baby by myself all day and she cries anytime I need to put her down?? I feel like I can literally only have my hands free for minutes at a time before she is crying. And I can’t pick her up while I’m pumping. 😞

Help! 🆘 Taking any and all advice!
