I’m 11w5d and went in for my NT Scan today. I was told it looks like baby may have gastroschisis, but there’s still a possibility for the organs to go into place within the next week or two. She is having me come back for another ultrasound to check in 4 weeks, and if it’s still there, then we know it’s a definite thing.

Has anyone here ever been told at an earlier scan that baby might have gastroschisis and then learned the baby closed up without any issues?

She was very unsure if it’s minor or if it’s just the cord bundled weirdly right now. But she said it’s a very real possibility.

I need some insight. I know it’s relatively minor but my heart is broken.
