Ugh- am I crazy, vitex, or who the hell knows lol

So the past couple of days I have been very tired, super hungry, cramping and emotional. From my last 3 months of tracking these are abnormal and the only thing different is this month I took vitex. Any ladies took vitex and had different stuff go on than normal after ovulation?
