Still just 1cm...
Had my 39 week appointment today and I’m still only 1 cm dilated and not effaced. I’m hoping for a VBAC and they said they can not induce me unless I dilate more so they can insert a folley bulb or break my water. They will let me go to 41+4 so hopefully I dilate more by then!!
