Can someone please dumb it down for me. I feel like no matter how it's explained, I feel like I don't get it 😂😭

This set of opks are from the beginning of the month. The first 4 are from the 8th, the next 5 are from the 9th and the last one is from the 10th.(and I know I went excessive on testing 😂) How would I go about reading this? How many days will opks stay dark or is it just one day? I'm trying to make sure I understand before I ovulate again. Thank you!!
