Dieting and breastfeeding
My little one is 6 weeks and ebf. I’m 158 lbs and want to slim down to around 135. So roughly 20 lbs. can anyone give me some tips and tricks to dieting and breastfeeding. I plan on eating salads in place of the usual rice or pasta or carb. But I’m worried the low carb diet will affect my milk supply.
Also, what kinds of exercises will help lose weight fast? I don’t go to the gym or anything so home exercises are preferred.
