Baby acne??

Since Sunday my 3 week old baby's skin has gone from completely clear to looking like this. It's spread to her chin, neck, back and chest. Is this normal baby acne or something I should talk to her pediatrician about this?

Looks like baby acne/newborn rash. It is completely normal. It’ll come and go. You can wipe it with a clean damp cloth twice daily. Breast milk also works well if you’re breastfeeding.

My girls got this because they had bad eczma dr just told me to use dove sensitive skin body wash and aquaphor baby lotion for their skin. Are you using Johnson's baby wash? My kids pediatrician told me that stuff causes a lot of babies skin to dry out

It’s completely normal for babies to break out between 3 & 6 weeks. My dr told me that as long as it doesn’t seem to be bothering baby there is no need to see her for it. Just wipe with a clean cloth 2x a day and dab on some breastmilk if your nursing.
