I got the Liletta IUD this last Friday, and I’m still cramping. My cervix had to be dilated more than usual to put it in because it was closed so tightly, and the procedure was longer than it should have been because of this. It was also excruciating, on par with my absolute worst periods ever. I spent the entirety of my day on my bedroom floor in agony. I wanted to throw up. I also had to go home early from work the next day because I was so miserable. (This is with an 800mg dose of ibuprofen every 8 hours) Yesterday evening I was having moderately uncomfortable stomach pains and diarrhea, and this morning was only a little better. I haven’t been feeling myself today, and was just wondering if this is all normal?
