Ramzi Theory Boy or Girl?!

Hi Everyone! I am 11 weeks and 6 days and almost out of first trimester! Woohoo! Just wondering based on the ramzi theory whether my ultrasound is indicating a boy or girl? Any ideas? The baby’s updated heart rate was at 167 this morning😀❤️ Thank you so much!!
