Average is on cycle day 14 but you can't really know exactly when you O without temping and using OPKsand it can change time to time, you can O earlier or later than usual. If temping and OPKs is too much, you can get a feeling when O day is gearing up by checking CM, egg white cervical mucous is a sign that your body is gearing up for O but can still be any time within that week (maybe longer but  generally I think you O within a couple days after noticing the EWCM)
