6 months and losing hope :/

My husband and I have been trying for 6 months and I'm still not pregnant. I'm not going to give up, it's just making me sad. I had the mirena for a few months, but had it taken out in November. Not sure if that could be the reason. Anyone else have any words of advice? Thank you!
