Feeling proud!

So i wrote yesterday about finding it difficult to express colostrum. So this afternoon, i took a hot shower to help me relax, than i went to sit in the nursery with an hypnobirthing cd playing and i can proudly say that i did express near 2.5 ml of colostrum in total!! Im soo happy!!! I really needed a small achievement like that to boost my mood!!
