TTC after Miscarriage

Hey, I just had my first miscarriage Saturday , just being 6 weeks along. It’s been rough this past couple of days, but I have been having a lot of questions on my mind. I know I need to let my body heal up and I know I need time. But when is a good time to ttc after miscarriage? Like how long should I wait? Some say a few months maybe a year and then some say after your next first period ?
