Opinions? Is this to be concerned about?

I had sex last night.. 24 hours ago, and it hurt at the beginning and got better. Rug after and up till now, my vagina hurts really bad. Inside and around it. It had been 4 weeks since the last time (just not in the mood).. & I've been nervous.

I also haven't pooped I awhile, so I know that could cause pain. But my vagina hurts so bad and then gets waves of shooting pains in it.

Should I see a dr? Should I just wait it out?
