I'm 8 weeks pregnant, already Had an US and heard a heart beat. I masturbated today and then went about cleaning my home. I went to the restroom, and there was a little spot of bright red blood on my underwear. Once I wiped, I had some light red blood. It wasn't just a little bit to where I could say it's spotting. It was covering most of the toilet paper. I've had a bit of back pain and a bit of cramping, but nothing unbearable. Not close to how it feels when I would get my period. Should I be concerned? When I got my us there was blood next to the fetus but most of the blood coming out was brown. This is the first time I get light/bright red. No clots or tissue being passed either. I don't have another appointment until next week, so I'm a little scared.

Update: bleeding has now turned into light pink spotting. Was never consistent flow, just once I wiped after masturbating
