my boyfriend and i have been dating for 2 months now and he’s been wanting me to tell my parents that we’re dating. he told me he thinks our relationship is serious and that he wants to spend his life with me. we’re both freshman in high school and i’m just afraid to tell my mom about him and then break up in a month or so because i don’t know the chances of a high school relationship actually lasting outside of school . and he promises me that he won’t leave me but i’m still afraid he will. i already met his parents and i’m planning on him meeting mine somewhere in February. but the thing is i don’t even know how to tell her, this is my first serious relationship and i just don’t know how to bring it up and may i add that i also have anxiety issues so it’s pretty hard for me to do this. but the main question is if i should tell her..
