Did anyone else have what they thought was their period that lasted only a day but it was just pink discharge and ended up being pregnant?

I had some pink spotting around the time of my period and it was gone after 1 day and I'm still waiting on my period. Im officially four days late now and too scared to take a pregnancy test just because it might be a negative. I do feel cramping on both sides on and off and my breasts are sore but surprisingly no pimples like I usually get with periods.

Also did you end up being pregnant and how long after were you positive.
