So I was given stool softeners and told to keep up on them..

regardless of my very exact medicine routine I ended up with a poop that would NOT come out. I think it was the biggest poop of my entire life. I sat there trying to give birth to the baby sized poop for 20 minutes before I resorted to giving myself a shower wand enema.

I know, this is a lot of tmi, but I feel like some may need this warning so they’re prepared. Let’s be thankful I’m not an over sharing picture taker!
