I can’t be the only one.. so my SO & I have been together for almost 5 years & have two kids together.. 3yo & almost 2yo. Wellll, my problem is.. here recently within the past few months, he calls his mom for EVERYTHING. Our son pooped in the potty.. we rejoiced together for maybe a minute then he HAS to call & tell his mom. This is for EVERYTHING he does & the kids. I just don’t understand. He’s always had to include her in our family vacations so it’s never just us & the kids or just us. She’s 61 & single.. but still. I don’t even talk to my mom every day & she’s my bff. Another thing.. I can suggest something about OUR kids or even state facts about their health & it’s like he doesn’t believer me until he tells his mom & she confirms. I’m at the point now where I want to be rude but I know this is his mom. She had the nerve to tell him that we weren’t dressing our kids warm enough.. directing it towards me even though I wasn’t there since I dress the kids. Don’t get me wrong. I love this woman to death. She’s been amazing these past 5 years but I’m at my witts end.
