Birthing ball exercises??

So my last pregnancy I was induced at 37 due to high blood pressure. My total induction time from start to birth was 50 hours. I’m currently 37+1 and it’s slowly been creeping up again 😞 afraid I’m headed toward an early induction again. Last week they checked me and I was zero dilated zero effaced. So I bought an exercise ball to try to help move things along slowly just in case. Has anyone ever actually used one and seen an improvement? Anything else that might help with moving baby down but not necessarily putting me into early labor?? Just not wanting to end up with a c-section if I can avoid it. Thanks in advance!
