You can still conceive but it doesn't mean the fertilized egg will necessarily implant where it is supposed to. You can still get a positive pregnancy test which will later decrease instead of increase because the embryo implanted in the blocked tube instead of the uterus; which was my case. Unless you have divine intervention.

So Sorry. May be you'll want to try ivf. I'm currently nearly 8 weeks pregnant now via ivf & heard the heartbeat at ultrasound last week.
