Plan B and fertile window!! Help!

Okay so totally bad move on my part obviously, we had a mishap, too caught in the moment so to speak. I know for sure he came in me, within the hour i took plan b, but i realized later that i was in my fertile window... is plan b still effective? would really appreciate some input i’m freaking out!!
