I NEED HELP OR ADVICE ..

i am 6 days late on my period & my periods are NEVER irregular & i want to take a test but also i want to wait it out to see if i get a “ late period “ also , ive been having signs of pregnancy like nausea and now my nipples are sore , when is it a good time to test right after a missed period? i was supposed to start the 16th & missed it.. should i wait one more week ( this one ) and then test? and also, when is a good time to take a test? mornings or evenings? i’ve been doing so much research!!
