I have these symptoms could it be Endometriomas (ps: my doctor has mentioned it in the past & my mother also has it slightly)

My symptoms:

- leg aching on the sides at the top

- pain after sex & slight spotting for maybe 10/15 mins after

- heavy periods that last 6 days

- vagina pain inside occasionally (a pulsing pain)

- dead cells in my urine sample

Someone please advise me??? :(
