This is my husband’s and mine first month TTC for baby #2

This month my period was 3 days late and only 2.5 days long (usually right on time or early and 5-6 days long). Yesterday, my breasts starting to leak! I “felt pregnant” this month but have been getting negative tests.

Is it just a coincidence that all of this happened or is there a chance I could be pregnant? do you think I should call the doctor?
