Please help
So about a year ago I was a little overweight so I decided to lose weight. It worked, but I realize now I might’ve been borderline anorexic. My family noticed I lost weight, even though I’m a healthy weight now and insulted and shamed me for it. I felt so pressured to eat more. Now I eat a lot of unhealthy foods and sometimes feel like I’m eating more than my body can hold. After meals, I get really cramped and bloated and it’s so unattractive and hurts a lot. I always feel better by the next day and I haven’t gained much weight but I checked and I usually gain like 5-7 pounds in a day and lose it all overnight. I don’t know what’s happening and I don’t know how to stop myself. I just want to be healthy and feel more comfortable. Please help me
