January made 2 years of ttc.

January 2018 started testing due to a cyst.

I later found out I dont ovulate on my own, so we started letrozole.

Started letrozole September 2018 along with opks and times intercourse.

Nothing

Last week we finaly got around to a sperm analysis where everything looked fine but he has a low sperm count of 47million. They then suggested <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a>.

He feels like if he changes his diet and exercise it will help right away and we shouldn't jump into an <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">IUI</a> which will cost $287.

But I am on day 6 taking letrozole and I feel like It would be better just to go ahead and do a round of <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">iui</a>.

Does anyone have any suggestions or success stories? He scared now that we will spend the money and it not work. Then we will both be disappointed .
