Anyone else having really bad constipation? I feel like I havent pooped in a week and nothing helps. Like TMI i know, i need to go but like it just wont come out.

Also, have you tried drinking coffee? Gets me going...

Oh yes! It got to the point where I was lucky to go once a week. So I made a batch of bran muffins and I eat too muffins in the morning with an Activia yogurt (followed by alot of water throughout the day) and by that evening or the following day I can go to the bathroom. Good luck!

Prunes worked miracles for me. I eat 4 a day and haven’t had a problem since!

Lactulose. Dr prescribed it to me and it has been my absolute saviour with my first pregnancy and this one!

Yes! A little comes out at a time, but never a full poop anymore. There's always some left in there. I haven't had a normal poop in over 2 weeks. Get used to poop talk, mommas. That's about to be your life soon!

I'm not sure this helps. But I had a ton of pressure in my butthole the other day. It made me think I had to poop, but I think it was just baby sitting really low.
