Weird rash on hip...

So I noticed the other day a weird rash on my left hip.... It doesn't itch or burn and I haven't noticed any spreading but I have been scratching it because my skin isn't smooth there.

There are these four spots that really confuse me because the are the shape of four of my fingers or four fingers in general not the thumb... Any help is much appreciated. Also it's not likely I will be able to go to the doctor because I don't have insurance and my mom can't afford that right now.
