My weight loss!!! And some advice!!!

I’ve always struggled with my weight. I’ve finally noticed the difference. These photos are exactly one year apart. I can generally say I am so much more confident and happier then I was last year.

ADVICE!!!

Diet 🥗🍏

Breakfast:

usually consists of some muesli and Greek yogurt, I say use Greek yogurt because it’s much better for you and has way less sugar. Make sure the muesli you get has very low sugar.

Snack:

A piece of fruit or a handful of almonds, not salted.

Lunch:

Salad is my go to lunch, I’m vegetarian so I don’t have meat in mine, but a good option for you is chicken breast. Have lettuce, carrot, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, boiled egg or chicken, bean sprouts and capsicum. As a dressing use olive oil and salt. Don’t use a salad dressing from the shops, they usually have heaps of bad fats and sugars.

Snack:

A piece of fruit or a handful of almonds, not salted.

Dinner:

My favourite easy dinner is a stir fry with a whole mix of vegetables, my sauce I make is natural honey no added sugar, soy sauce and garlic. Mix water with the sauce. I also put tofu in it.

Exercise 🚴🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️

To start off:

I started off walking my dog 5km each day that’s 3.10 miles. And do some weights every other day.

Then when you start to get into the hang of it and it’s no longer a challenge, find a cardio workout that’s good for you. Everyone is different so I don’t have things for everyone.

But I always keep my steps up to 10,000 everyday.
